Nicole was absolutely wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. She made sure all of my questions were answered and provided additional information. Nicole found a perfect anniversary trip for my husband and I.
Latoya was helpful. The problem is the accessibility. The voice mail system is poor. The first time I called it cycled 9 times before someone picked and then hung up. The next two times, the voice message was on the second cycle then hung up on me. I was about to give up altogether hoping that I wouldn't have to use the service again to make reservations. On my fourth attempt Latoya answered and I was able to review my ownership information and ask questions. I am a first time owner and honestly, this call makes me feel anxious about making reservations with Vacation Village. I hope that it isn't always this difficult to talk to someone.
I called the Vacation Village Concierge department today. Amira was so kind, with a warm and bubbly personality. She answered all my questions with a great big "Welcome" and enlightened me with our new ownership features. I am grateful for her help and understanding. We are very excited to be owner's and can't wait to Vacation.

The experience was very easy and the people were extremely friendly and helpful. They took the time to explain the advantages of ownership. Once they made their pitch they gave us time to think it over and decide for ourselves with NO pressure which sets them head and shoulders over their competitors. Missie at the Concierge desk was super friendly and assisted me in ensuring my account was setup correctly so there are no issues when i schedule my first vacation. I can't wait to go on vacation. Thank you everyone helped us.

I had the greatest conversation with “AJ” and she was absolutely informative and supportive. Her knowledge and understanding was great answering all of my questions and handling my initial issues. She was very friendly, patient and receptive. I had a great experience. Thank you for sharing your knowledge, skills and for just being so great at what you do.
